Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and with the RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the package.  The package should contain a copy of the original packing slip with the RMA# noted.

Items do not have to be returned in original packaging, but must be packed with adequate protection against any shipping damages.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the part is defective or the incorrect item was packed and shipped by AP&T. 

Credit will be issued using the customer’s original method of payment, less applicable shipping charges, within 3 business days of return receipt.

At Checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note that some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select

Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order.

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Next Day Air or 2nd Day service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and accepted by 11:00 a.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays within the United States. We will make every reasonable effort to fulfill emergency orders for in stock items on the day they are received.
